i have bought Toyota`s from moon`s for 17 yrs I have always had excellent service from both sales and service,my wife and daughter also drive Toyota`s from moon`s,it would be hard to go anywhere else.

Lady at the reception was not nice at all. I felt so uncomfortable customer service skills was awful no smiling or anything (yeah she did offer me a coffee with a miserable face) I saw a guy going to toilet she went straight after him cleaning and said to her colleague they ll mess it she ll cleans it.!!! That guy didnt say anything but he felt so bad you could tell...i have been asked to go to desk to sign the paperwork she came after me start spraying like i got some kind of germs.never felt so uncomfortable in my life.TOYOTA YOU NEED TO TEACH YOUR STAFF BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS...!!!

Charged £2 for an oil sump washer... Every dealer I've been previously have been happy to just give me one, clearly looking to tighten the purse strings here. The whole oil filter only cost £3 from the garage down the road...
